However, if you are a real estate agent and the sale of the contract enables you to make a real estate commission, we recommend that you don't take a referral fee. In addition, certified public accountants, attorneys and other professionals may be bound by codes of ethics which do not permit referral fees. Nevertheless, we still may be able to help your client and will appreciate your consideration.
